I am a former student of St. Ambrose and very proud to say that. The school has a reputation of makeing students work harder and put more emphasis on their education. Yes, it was more difficult than the public school, but the memories and connection to the community makes the hard work worth it. I highly recommend this school and the Chaffee community, every small town has problems, but in this town they really don't affect you unless you let them. Chaffee is a great place to live and raise a family!!! Come to the city with a SMILE!!

As a former student of St. Ambrose Catholic school, I highly recommend this school. If I lived there, my children would definitely attend here to achieve the best Catholic education. Yes there is more than one grade level to a classroom. However, this is how it has been for decades and St. Ambrose has produced some of the most successful students many of whom go on to graduate in highschool and college with honors. I definitely have nothing but fond memories from St. Ambrose.

As a new family to the St. Amrose school, we have welcomed into the St. Ambrose family with open arms. The faculty goes above and beyond to make the children's experience a positive one. My daughter and I love this school and I feel like a part of a team. Great school!

This school is not one I would recommend. My child only attended there for a short time however it was not a good experience. There are more than one grade level to a classroom and teacher but they are being taught on seperate levels. Then when the class does get an assignment for everyone they work in groups or at least pairs. How are you ever going to know what child is capable of doing if they don't do work by themselves.
