This school is like many others in that its value is determined by the teacher. We've had good teachers and not so good, but even at it's worst it was not bad. They do not do well in their testing but I see that as a result of the tsting being stupid, which it is. The way the district was trying to teach these children math was assonine and this school does not teach to the test, they teach to the lifetime. The principal is phenominal.
THis is an excellent school with a bad reputation. If the public came into the school to see the work that is done in these walls they would see the proof that we are bale to move our students beyond 1 year of growth in a 9 month grade period.
