It is a great school because the teachers and staff really care for the children going to this school.
I have lived in the Midway community for over 20 years and did not realize how fortunate we were until I had foster children who attended other schools. Midway has a very caring atmosphere and they are there for the whole child. Community involvement is a big plus as well as teachers and staff that seem to love their job and stay on for many years. It's a great school.
Three of my children have been at Midway for three years (K-2), and I have been very impressed with the quality of the teachers and education that my children have received. The community is close-knit, and parental involvement is very high. My children have music, art, and PE at least 1-2/week for each activity. I feel like the teachers and staff truly look after the best interests of my children, and attend to not only their education needs but pyschological needs as well. My wife and I felt very fortunate to have our children attend Midway.
