Very good school. We could not be more pleased with the teachers. Emphasis on technology and working to individualize what goes on in the classroom.
they are more concntrated on pushing them thru then taking actual time with the kids.
ESHS is a bad bad school. they allow kids to run around. if you want your kids to be safe don't go to that school. they won't learn anything there. i quit because the school didn't do anything about it and i was bored with school. i got my ged and passed with almost perfect scores no thanks to ESHS. oh and that school is not tolerant of handicapped kids. they hardly make any effort to help them be equals to the others.
I'm a sophmore at ESHS. I also work for the school. I'd say that ESHS is a wonderful school. I love it. I love the atmosphere that's put out. I love most of my teachers. There are some tough teachers that show you what you are really made of. Then there are others that show you how far you really need to be pushed to get what you want. I really like it here & I like that the teachers are caring, they try to make sure they give you what you need to pass your grade. As a student, I should have a large opinion on the rating of our school.
I am a graduate of ESHS, I attended a large university and did very well. I currently have 3 children in the school district, 2 in high school, 1 in elementary. I feel that they are getting the education they will need to succeed in College. The teachers and administrators care about the students and their futures. There are activities for everyone, sports, music, theatre and numerous academic teams. Community involvement is great.
I'm currently a student of this high school and I personaly think that this school is good for others teens. I have a great time with my friends and my teachers, you can get a good education if you really try. There are some very nice teachers that I have.
I would NOT recommend any parent sending their child to ESHS, if they wish to adequately prepare their child intellectually for the future. I attended this school from 2002-2006, and I can assure you the minimal amount of knowledge I attained in that time came from about 10 teachers. Those 10 teachers were excellent, but sadly enough due to recent decisions made by the School Board (without consultation from anyone) most of those teachers are leaving. I feel that the majority of the teachers at this school have no interest in nuturing the students who love to learn like myself, they are satisfyied with a mediocre education, and it definitely shows.
