The teachers seem to really care about the students and they are very attentive. I did have some problems with the kindergarten teacher. But other than that so far so good on this year.
You get out of school what you put into it. With the binders/folders brought home each night, parents know exactly what homework their child has. The weekly newsletters sent home by each teacher are very helpful, also. The school also uses volunteers to grade papers, which allows the teachers to spend more time teaching and providing one-on-one assistance.
I feel that this is one of the best schools in Missouri. I did a lot of research before I moved here last year. The teacher student ratio is unbelievable and the coriculum kicks butt too. Both of my girls are doing fantastic. They actually retain what they are being taught.
Gerald is a tip rule school. The teaches are qute hands on and students get much 1 on 1.
