The teachers are awesome! However there is still Mr. Schmitt and Shelly in question. They don't make anyone feel comfortable and not helpful with anything. The school would be a 5 if some things - people would change.

Stony Point is fabulous! The office staff is wonderful. It is evident that the staff loves their jobs and the students are highly successful. Couldn't be happier!

I am a parent of two children that attend Stony Point. I am a fan of the school itself, nice, new and clean. The teachers are great with their students. The principal and the school secretary I could do without. They both lack in social skill. The secretary is not helpful or friendly, she shouldn't be working at an elementary school. The principal should never have been promoted past teaching, he doesn't posess the know how of running a school to it's fullest potential. I am disappointed with his leadership. Academically the students do well and the specials are fun for the kids. The kids like it, and I guess that speaks for itself.
