I have only one child in HPE at this time, but the 2005-2006 school year has been a great experience. I am impressed with the teachers and thier communication abilities with the students as well as with the parents. I do hear more from parents in 'parking lot' meetings than in PTO or local forums and would like to see more parental representation at said planned meetings. The faculty really works with the kids on possitive character and moral building as well as possitive reinforcement and additional assistance with coursework. I am truly impressed with HPE.
