The school has already made progress, there is a basketball court, they are planning to built a complex in front of the school. Bus service is provided, They even give saturday tutoring free with breakfast, lunch, with saturday bus service. There is no such a school in KCMO School District. There some negativities like every other KCMO school district schools but the school makes progress. Teachers are great!. It is a typical urban city school where you can not omit the urban city problems. Parents are very helpful this year. I see them helping the teachers.

This is one of the worse school in kansas city, they give the kids sub standard work, there is no place for the kids to run ,play and have some fun.The parking lot is a junk yard, the kids can get hurt playing there,if this school was located in Bluesprings,OP,Leesummit they would have a state of the art ,top of the line facility, but they could get away with this in the inner city, because the parents are blind and cannot see and would not speak up. It's all about the almighty dollar and not about the education of our kids. The authorities need to look into this school and close it down, they are building the American dream on the backs of these inner city kids. Deplorable.

I don't like this school one bit! The discipline isn't good and there's a huge language barrier. I have attended this school for two years and it's only gotten worse. The quality of learning is poor and the teachers don't care and simply seem like the only reson they're here is for their measly paycheck.

As a parent coming from Blue Valley School District I was impressed with the curriculum offered at the school, and the free tutoring offered to help get students up to par.

The Brookside frontier is a great school. I suggest you to check their site and see what they offer.
