This school is the flagship of the KCMSD. Students have to test to get into Lincoln and must maintain a certain GPA to stay. Therefore, these are the cream of the crop kids, with parents who care about their education. The year my daughter graduated (2002), the vast majority of kids qualified for college scholarships. Don't send your kid here unless they are prepared to work...but it will reap them rich rewards!

This is an outstanding school. My school has been in the middle school since the sixth grade and will attending the high school in the fall. This school challenges children extremly. It changes them to use their minds and their resources to get things done. Also Lincoln gives the students a chance to experience the joys of working with partners and overcoming the difficulties of having disfuctional partnerships.
