This school is more like an expanded homeschooling program. My daughter is a clogger and a barrel-racer, so she has plenty of extra-curricular activity. She has learned to become a self-motivated, strong student. She will pick up and read a book that might not have been her preferred interest, but she can now hold her attention to it and comment with insight. The curriculum encourages the kind of thinking that we are all-too-short on today; every subject criscrosses into another and overlaps, giving an essential laterality to the students' thinking. Because of this, they tend to remember what they've learned.
