The director of this center has a substitute teacher's certificate. Do you really need to know any more? The building wasn't good enough for the administration, but is fine for the students that Lee's Summit doesn't want to deal with. The doors are locked and 5 year olds are in the same building as 18 year olds. We're glad that Lee's Summit felt that it was more important to save money than to help these kids. NOT!!
