Have two kids at Henry and am extremely pleased and feel quite lucky that our children attend this school. Faculty should be a model for other administrators. Nearly all are like-minded, proactive members who put kids first. Mrs. Plesia's music program builds confidence. Mr. Chisholm is an ideal role model with his annual one-man storytelling hour and his personal recycling efforts. Mrs. Huelsing manages to draw art talents out of every kid. Enormous parental involvement and support that is welcomed by the administration. Behavioral issues are isolated and parents and faculty are part of the same team so correction is swift. Rare to hear of a disgruntled parent or a problem faculty member. Very, very blessed my kids are enrolled here and truly believe that Henry can stand toe to toe with any private elementary school in terms of quality of education and faculty.

Our son attended Henry School from kindergarten to 4th grade. We loved this school! From the first year...first child...in fear of sending my child to school with strangers...with every year, with every teacher we had, we grew to love it more. The principal, Dr. Pott & vice principal, Mr. Guariglia, have wonderful kind, patience & will find time to meet with parents or students for any need. They go out of their way to help. The art & music classes are wonderful & an important part of Henry School...also strings class which is (as we have found) a rare find in schools! The resource dept & gifted programs are outstanding! The school counselor, Mrs. Goldman, is so compassionate and has helped many children in more ways than she knows. As parents, we were always welcome. We were very sad to leave due to a job transfer & are forever comparing!!

Henry is an exceptional school with exceptional caring and competent teachers! My son(2nd grade) and daughter (kg) both attend Henry. The quality of education they receive surpasses the quality they would have recieved in a St.Louis City school.(which I am a resident of)My children now have endless possibilites at life enhancing options that will be essential to their growth and developement as upstanding citizens. If all schools took half the initiativest that the Parkway Henry staff takes, our educational system would be unsurpassed! I highly commend Dr.Pott and Mr.G for their focus on success for all students. Ms. Barton, Ms. Province, Ms. Jones, Ms.Covert, Ms. Zahner, Ms.Moses and the rest of the staff....Keep up the great work! You are all a inspiration.
