Of course your son will have to put some effort into his class work, but the staff and teachers are genuinely exceptional people. Not much time for sports but the other benefits outweigh that drawback. The peer group also is not the best but they are all in a supportive and effective environment. My son is in his 2nd year at MMA, a fine school with fine people.

MMA is the one who can guide a boy to a real & thoughful young man. My son started a fredgling cadet in MMA and graduated it with a gentleman who is able to deserve himself for the family. Based on his learning in MMA, he has set his future goal and I believe he will continue to focus it in four year's college. I thank to all the members of faculties & instructors who has encourged my son's ability.

When it came time to choose a school for my son we contacted MMA and were very impressed with the material and attention the School gave us. They were easy to work with and responded to our questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. My son has grown so much and has turned his life around, striving to do his best. He was on the D/F honor roll in public school and no one seemed to care except his mom and I. At MMA is an A/B student and has learned how to study, the value of structure, self discipline and a quality education. Everyone at MMA is focused on the boys and I am confident you will see the value of MMA in short order, for your son and for yourselves as parents of a squared away young man.

I was at work when a co-worker over heard a phone conversation I was having with my son's public middle school. It was a common conversation for me. I have a very smart son who refused to cooperate, his teacher's basically threw their hands in the air and since I work full time there was no way for me to provide him with consequences consistantly at home. MMA has provided him with the structure he needs, he loves being there and his mentors are beyond words. I was so happy with the education that I enrolled my high schooler I could not see giving one child the wonderful opportunities and not the other. My shy son now has many friend's and has more opportunites than I could have ever provided with my full time job and hectic schedule. I now cheer them on instead of lecture them.

My son needed structure, self discipline and positive role models and we got so much more than that! He was encouraged and challenged academically and allowed to participate in so many positive activities. He's learned so much about himself as a young man. As a parent, I always felt welcome and that my concerns were important to all staff. We highly recommend MMA!

I attended MMA and can honestly say that, the education I received there was many more times usefull then the three college degrees I obtained. Anyone who would like to give their son a strong foundation in life would be wise to consider this school.

Our oldest son attends MMA and we have nothing but positive things to say about the campus, facilities and staff. These people are committed to the success and well being of the young men in their charge and will 'go the extra mile' for each and every one of them. The class size is small and the teachers have high expectations of themselves and the students. They are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of activities & sport and asked to assume leadership roles amoung their peers early on. I would highly reccommend this school to parents of any young man who want to see him strive to reach his potential.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.

Oops! We currently do not have any student information for this school. We rely on the state Department of Education, the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), and in some cases school administrators such as registrars and principals for this data.
