Ozark schools are a great feature of our community. The teacher and parent involvement is second to none.
i hate ozark. it is way! to judgemental and the teachers dont even teach i just moved from ozark high school and i hated it the administration is horrible!
I did my student teaching at this school and thought it was a great place. There is great support from the parents and lots of activities for students to get involved in. However, it does lack diversity--but this is to be expected in a small town. Very conservative community.
i used to go to ozark high school and i think it is one of the best schools that i have been to or will ever have went to. one of the most important things i have learned is no matter what you always learn something new everyday. if i was you i would join jrotc it is really fun and you learn a lot in that class.
I am a student at Ozark High School. I love it there. The teachers are great and they help me out alot. I feel blessed to be an Ozark High School student.
Great School! We have two children. One is a junior in college and the other is attending Ozark High School. Ozark has great academics/activities for those who choose to participate. The teachers and staff are strong, supportive and communicative. Often parents feel the school is responsibile for their children's actions. Most of us realize that it is primary parents, secondary school. Communication is strong from the school, but it's a two way street and up to both. Ozark provides the parents with numerous occasions for interaction. The school/staff is always very receptive and open to parent meetings. Numerous sports are offered. Some are supported more strongly than others, but, it's the same in every school district. Football has the biggest support from parents and fans, therefore, more money goes into the program. We may not like it, but it's our (parents) responsibility to provide support and belief. Rating: #10
I do not give Ozark Schools such a high rating. They do not prepare our children for college. Level of qualified teachers has fallen off.
Both my children attended Ozark High. Both received 28+ score on ACT and were well prepared for college. Excellent school for academics and sports and administration is excellent.
I am a former graduate from Ozark and am very proud of the excellent school system they have! I attended from Kindergarten through graduation and I only remember one teacher in all that time that I didn't really care for. The rest were excellent! They offer football, baseball, softball, golf, tennis, basketball, wrestling, and I'm sure by now they offer many other sport activities. They also have many clubs (too many for me to mention) and other activities to join. I feel I received a high quality education that prepared me for college and life. I would recommend this school to anyone.
