I've had some negative experiences with this school recently. My child has been harrassed by another student and the teachers advice is to ignore him because he's just doing it for attention. I plan to take my child out as soon as possible as I am seeing signs of being bullied. I do think that the principal tries to be understanding and helpful although it is hard to get in contact with her. The nurse is helpful too.

I love the school myself. The teachers communicate well and they want what is best for the children or at least the teachers I have dealt with has. I am sure all schools have a teacher that will be difficult. Love the staff principal and nurse.

All of my children have attended Eugene Field Elementary. I haven't had the best experiences with some of the teachers, but there are a few great teachers here and the principal is always a great help. The office staff is wonderful. I think the teachers should definately be monitored more closely on their summer projects because my child was shown a movie last summer that has caused nightmares up until a few weeks ago. This has been extremely upsetting to me. A teacher should know better! I have also had some difficulties with the P.E. teacher as well.
