Smithton elementary school has been a great place for my children to learn. Teachers and staff know my children well. Most teachers communicate on a weekly basis with parents. As a parent, I feel like I can speak openly with teachers about concerns that I may have. Many of the teachers spend at least two days a week helping students after school. The addition of a free boys and girls club program is a definite plus for the school.
