I think the teachers are all great teachers that genuinely care about the students. There is a great learning environment and literally an extracurricular club for everything from debate to fashion club. The principals are always standing in front of the school or in front of the main office greeting each student in the morning. Personally, as a current student, I think Ladue is the best of the best in Missouri.
In the math classes, they assign homework, but don't necessarily check it. But the students, nevertheless, still learn to do the homework as their are homework quizzes every week. In the other classes though, the teachers check over the homework in the beginning of each class.
Terrible principles. You have to fight to get your child extra help after showing disability diagnosis from general doctor and psychiatrist; they don't recognize disabilities- from 1-4 grades a specially difficult to get accommodations. They also, take in the students from other school districts that have been accused and/or prosecuted of sexual violence; and they don't let anyone know that these individuals are part of the school; they let them go to the 6 grade camps and other sleep over trips.
Principals are the biggest bullies and aggressive to anyone that ask and point out something that is unjust or bias treatment. Principles will use the phrase: "Bullies and perpetrators have a right to education and "you" have a choice to be here."
