St. Clement offers a small community school with a family-like atmosphere. Academics are geared towards the average student and the school is working to provide differentiated opportunities. Instructional style is traditional and there is an emphasis on discipline and order, which is often not found in the public schools, even the best ones. It's this teaching of self-discipline that I have found particularly valuable for my kids, in that I believe they will transfer this to future success. The school has recently taken steps to improve service opportunities for students and to increase the emphasis on Catholic teaching and the sacraments. It's worth considering for parents who want to raise their kids in the faith, in a small community and prepare them well for future education success.
NO ONE IS LISTENING! Multiple families have left this year due to bullying. The staff and principal were extremely unhelpful and borderline rude. Most teacher are older and the academics are feeling the children. The children that leave the school and get evaluated at a public school test a grade level or two behind. SICK!
St. Clement of Rome School is a diverse and well-rounded education for those in K-8. The majority of grade levels have two classes, so there are plenty of students who make up the general student body of the school. The instructors are engaging, utilizing various resources to inspire the children to think beyond their textbooks. There are many extracurricular activities available from Girl/Boy Scouts to athletics and class plays.
I think it is a school that babies the children and is not fair from the teaching aspect. Therefore St. Clement of Rome school I personally think is a bad school. It is unfair and the academics are horrible.
St. Clement is a great school! the parents help out at lunch, recess, and other activities. They are very involved in arts, sports, and music. They don't have a band but, do have a great choir. They have the sports volleyball, soccer, basketball, and baseball for boys. They teach children discipline and respect which is very important. The teachers are very nice and keep up with all the school work that needs to be done. if there is a test the next day they won't give homework so the children can study extra hard.
