Barnwell Middle School

This is an amazing school. The teachers are really concerned about their students learning. I have seen much growth in my child's learning since he's been attending this school.

i attend barnwell and the food isnt that good most of the teachers are nice and very helpfull and on the other hand because some lye to the principals and over exagurate everything they tell them but yet they still take there word over any student even a whole class full...even two in my case(long story) they just need better food and a better understanding of whats actualy happening in the class room not just what they see when they go i thear

This is the worst Francis Howell middle school. The principals are unmotivated and don't care about the students. While it may just be the age, the students were immature and disrespectful. The school did have several great teachers, but they have all left and none of the replacements have been anything to remark about. I would not send your child here.

The administration has the attitude of doing what it takes to help kids be successful. They offer challenge classes and lots of after school activities that appeal to a variety of kids.

My three children have all went through Barnwell the past 8 years. This past few have been the best. The staff is great, and the principals do a great job keeping everyone informed. As a parent I feel comfortable coming into the school and my child comes home excited about her day. Barnwell does a great job of promoting school spirit. All the students and staff are proud to be a 'Barnwell Bulldog'
