I'm a former student and was fairly satisfied with my time at SCJHS, yet some things need improvement. Firstly, most teachers are great, yet a few are horrible, which affects students grades. Next is the extreme unfairity torward certain cliches in the school (what some may call 'preps' are treated much better). Finally is the wasting of money on our mainly our athletics( which we arn't to great at in the first place). All in all the students of my class( class of 2013) were very gifted both mentally and physically thus I gave the SCJHS a 4/5.

Our school district is small and close knit, as most small towns are. There is always small town politics, but all in all it is a good school district. We offer a great music program. I have a son in band and I am very impressed with the quality of the music program. There are sports from baseball to football and most everything else. they offer activities for both boys and girls. I would like to see better drug and alcohol awareness programs offered to our students. There is a big problem with these two things in our community.
