This is a small parish school There are several non-Catholic families, and all are welcome. The reasons for educating in a small environment are perfectly seen at St.R. Parents know the teachers. Teachers know ALL the students. Parents take the time to include new families and participate in many programs. Morals and respect seem to be taught at the same level as religion. With a great academic program, this school consistently produces well-rounded high-schoolers.
This is a GREAT school and a very welcoming school to all kids. The small class settings provides for an excellent teaching environment. The school is very diverse. The teachers are excellent and they take the time to get to know each student's strengths and weaknesses. If any child requires additional help in any subject, the teachers are committed to providing that help on their own time. The staff encourages each and every child to be the best student they can be.
We feel very privileged to send our two girls to St. Richard School. From day 1 you are welcomed into the St. Richard family. The teachers are very good and spend time getting to know you and your child.
Saint Richard is a amazing school. My daughter who has been going to the school for about 8 years, and she has never been happier at this school. They have very nice teachers except this year they are getting many more new teachers. It may be a small school, but it is a great school. If you join the St.Richard family your child and or children will feel very welcome!
