Great School for parents who appreciate structure and a moral compass for their children. Students have solid history of very high achievement in High School and beyond

QAS is a great school for educating children of the faith and getting them started. The school however falls short in terms of its high school preparatory reqts in the areas of math and science. The teaching staff is stuck in the days of old and is lacking the ambition to correct the deficiencies and as a result, many catholic families are leaving the school in the Jr High grades for public schools. The current pastor, who controls the funds for the school, wants little or nothing to do with the school. Discipline in the school is lacking as the kids are not punished adequately for typical misbehavior which results in classroom disruption. The principal is attempting to reform some of the issues, but change is slow. Parents are frustrated due to the lack of improvement as these issues have been prevalent for a long time (15 yrs).

Queen of all saints is a good school for an average child. They have little or nothing to support/challenge the gifted or those needing extra help. They do provide a good religious foundation for the education, and they seem to be trying hard with the science program, but they were way behind, so there is a long way to go.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
