Agape has been simply outstanding for our kid as well many many others. No place is perfect but when you look at the state of most of the kids that come in there it is almost miraculous what they are able to do! As far as the so called parent who says they need to be held accountable, do your homework! Agape is an accredited member of a couple of Christian child care organizations and they hold the status of ACE (Accelerated Christian Education) model school year after year. They are also highly recommended by independent educational consultants who know a lot more about boarding schools than 1 or 2 bitter students!

The Agape Boarding School helps each student get back on track spiritually, academically, and behaviorally. I know they want to find a way to help your teen and are willing to discuss price. They have a great facility and do everything they can to connect to the kids. http://www.greatschools.org/#

Agape is very affordable. Their program helps struggling teens with behavior modification and fully accredited college prep studies. Give them a call.

Our son attended Agape in 2010. I now pray daily for these boys in this school. When we visited our son, it took me more than half a day to get him to speak loud enough so I could hear him. With the exception of one staff member, I found the staff arrogant, condescending, and hypocritical. I did not EVER see this firm, but loving environment. I think it is he'll on earth. Ask yourself why they had to leave States where these schools are regulated! I desperately tried to find the former congresswoman who tried to get it regulated to no avail. My son is doing wonderful now, but no thanks to Agape. he had PSTD after returning and we had to have ALOT of counseling to overcome the trauma of our decision to send him there. Ask about the relationship of the staff members to each other. Research whether any of them would be able to stand up and say if something was wrong. Ask to talk to other students and kids. And, don't just take a tour..GO WATCH EVERYTHING for several days. These kids are totally isolated!!! I'm glad it works for some...others are injured horribly for life! If I could do anything it would be to get this school regulated and held accountable!

Recently I visited my son at the school and the overall visit was excellent. I was concerned that upon my arrival there was no verification completed to ascertain my identity as I just stated my name and whom I wanted to see. I found that the staff members were somewhat cold shouldered to us as if we were infringing on their time. My on I can see has started to become a man and it was wonderful to see him act like a man. It would have been nice had a senior member of your staff given us an assessment of how my son is progressing. Thank you for assisting with his growth

The main thing I can say about Agape is that it helped me put my life in perspective. People cared, and I have more good memories there then I do in my life now. Although I can not agree with everything that happened at the school. I can say I loved each and every person there. Especially Mam...

I was a student at Agape` and I'm glad I was. The staff truly cared about and loved us and wanted the best for us. They would give the shirt off their backs for you, if needed, to see you succeed in life. The facility was first class and things were always being added to it to make it even better. The school curriculum far passes the public education I was receiving and for that I'm truly thankful. I am currently working as an Emergency Medical Technician. Thank you Agape` for giving my life back to me.

About 1 1/2 yrs. ago,we, as parents were in the position of desperately searching for the right place for our 13 y.o. son. I know what to look for in a school, through the MANY hours of "Googling", searching, calling, reviewing. Nothing compares to the whole package we have found in Agape'. Firstly, and most importantly it is Christian-founded. You absolutely cannot find a better place. They have the crucial balance between an extremely structured environment, and the fact that they absolutely love these boys, and their desire is for the boys to take responsability for their own choices, stop blaming everyone else for their problems, and learn to truly live an abundant life that God wants to bless them with. The food is all homecooking, and out of this world. The facilities are immaculate. The boys work hard, eat well, are cared for as sons. Tuition is well below average.

Look as long and hard as you want, but you won't find a better all boys school that promotes Christian morals for your son. My son has completed 2 years at Agape and I couldn't be prouder of his achievements & growth. Over the past year I had been hunting for another school like Agape, but closer to our home. I read the reviews, done site surveys, etc., and come up empty handed. At Agape, my son is able to participate in rodeos, fishing, civic projects, choir, basketball & wrestling. He's learning trades like sheet rocking, landscaping and caring for farm animals. Before I could tell him I wasn't able to find another school closer, he sent me a letter asking if he could finish High School with the great staff at Agape. He even thinks he might want to work there some day!
