I don't know who gave the 5 star rating but they clearly had no comparative basis. This school is aweful! My son has been in both public and private schools in three states and this is the WOST school ever. The teacher to student ration is way too high and the level of academics is substandard. The school has failed the federal No Child Left Behind guidlines for three consecutive years with less than 60% of students being proficient in grade level math and reading. Just 4 years ago there statistic were only 25% of students were proficient. In addition to this my son is gifted and has an IEP for an Autism Spectrum Disorder. The IEP is poorly written with goals set but no notation of any therapuetic implementation the school plans to do to reach the goals. Pitiful!
Great school, principal, and teachers! The course curriculum is fantastic, not overwhelming, and homework applies to the day's work. Difficult concepts are taught several ways to ensure full comprehension by the students. I highly recommend this school!
