As a teacher at this school as well as a product of its education programs, I can affirm its commitment to reaching every learner. The staff is wonderful. The parents are involved. The ACT scores are among the top in the state of Missouri, ranked alongside big-name, money-flush city schools. There is a reason the Washington School District is ranked so highly and is growing beyond each building's capacity - quality education draws people in. When the new middle school is built, space will be expanded for the high school as well. The administration understands teachers' needs, students' needs, and the needs of the community. If you are looking for a district to move into, Washington School District will exceed your expectations.
