I was told that my son would be in special classes and would have a hard time learning. Then he started at Washington West. The teachers and principal never gave the option. They worked with him very closely and helped him tremendously. He is in regular classes and on the honor roll. I can not say enough good things about Washington West!
Wonderful open and progressive community.
I am very proud to say that my son attends Washington West Elementary. Dr. Teri Alsadi is a great example of a leader. She gives the students the encouragement and confidence they need to go out into the world. She takes time to listen what is being said....she truly wants to make a difference in the childs education. I appreciate the respect that she gives the students, parents and all of the staff members.
