Kalispell Montessori School allows kids to thrive and grow to their full potential. This is a different experience from public school, which my children attended through 3rd grade. The students are each individuals in this smaller setting supported emotionally, socially and academically to reach their full potential. The gain skills they can use in the real world. They learn to manage their work/time, know how to work in a group and how to delegate and lead; practical skills for any career choice. The graduates are consistently leaders in academics, speech/debate, sports, and the performing arts in school. They continue on to successful college careers and beyond.

This school is accredited. They have an official accreditation for being a Montessori school and they are accredited as a Montessori teacher training center. The teachers and other staff care very deeply about the students and are extremely knowledgeable about child development. However, every school has its own personality. I encourage you to visit this and other schools for yourself. See if it works with your own beliefs and values. Call them, ask them about their accreditation, see the classrooms and talk with the students and other parents. Make up your own mind.
