The faculty of this school are mediocre to say the least , however there are some teachers that really do try and care but the bad out-numbers the good. There is no school spirit and the atmosphere in the school is negative. The principal is biased and treats the kids badly. If you are considering Simms, I'm warning you, it's not good, send your kids to Fairfield or Augusta or Great Falls High or CMR or ANY other school.

This school has had it's ups and downs just like any other school. I look back on my four years there and overall I would say this school is great! The teachers are great! Simms offers great math and vocational programs and the teachers are very knowledgeable in their curriculums. Don't be afraid to send your kids here if your looking at schools around the area. When I first started high school they had many questionable students going there, these students caused problems on a daily basis, as a result the school suffered. As the years passed the admin weeded them out. In recent years this school has made a 180. Problem students are not tolerated. They have made it clear that they want to provide a quality education. And they are!

Simms High School is a great place to send your children. Small classes make it easy for one on one learning, and you'll always know everyone. Their new Football Coach, Gordon Hawks, is a great pearson, teacher, and is alumni. Overall, if you want a school with great backgound and culture go Simms High.

Simms High School is a wonderful place that provides an outstanding education. Small class sizes, a rigorous curriculum, and teachers who are passionate about education all centered around an amazing small town, make it a great learning environment for all students. The people of Simms, make everyone feel welcome. It does not matter if you live there for 2 years or 20 you become part of a very caring community. Steve Jones Former Principal, Simms High School

Simms Rocks! It is the only school in Montana ever to get an Inventeams grant - which is sponsered by MIT. It started the FIRST robotics team and is the only high school in the state with a rugby team. Everyone knows your name and education is a personal teacher-student deal. Every teacher can state their students name and academic progress. They are friendly welcoming. It also includes academic programs such as a foreign language club, speech and drama (That has won every year),and a newly added science club.

This school plays favoritisms to certain students, the quality of education is terrible and I was not happy going to this school, nor was I happy with my children going to this school. Stay away from it.
