I started going to school here when I was five and I am also an alumni of Dorchester High School. The teachers that I had pushed you to do better in the classes and would take the time to help you learn. In the time that I was in school there I saw many kids coming from other school districts and receiving a better education there than at their former school.
It's full of bullies starting with the superintendent of the school. If your kids are in basketball or drama, or your parent is on the school board you can get away with anything. They don't care if the kids pass or not.
It's full of bullies and crooks, who do whatever it takes to disrespect the teacher and get as many laughs as possible. Thus, no learning accomplished. I'm a student who graduates in '10.
Dedicated teachers and staff make this small school a rising star in NE education. Highly recommended. Close in location to Lincoln, too.
