This district is excellent! The agribusiness connections to at least one university and to many local agriculturalists ensure that students learn cutting edge material, experience the newest technology on the newest equipment, discuss environmental concepts (like carbon sequestration), and enjoy a great deal of parent and community involvement and support. I'd recommend it!

This high school has a lot of activities and outside programs to participate in. Many of my college friends went to high schools in California, where they had little to no opportunities to get involved in a lot of programs. At Conestoga, I had many friends that went on to Ivy league schools and top universities across the nation. While some of the school's scores may seem low, one must realize that the agricultural environment places a significant role in students not even trying on these tests. The school is surrounded by corn fields, which exemplies that many students plan to go into the agricultural line of work once they graduate.

Teachers and coaches really care and take an interest in each individual student and support the kids in becoming the best they can be. Teachers and coaches are responsive and may not always be proactive, but are open to suggestions and work with parents to best meet the needs of students.
