Conestoga Elementary School

Our kids were given a good start and got extra help that they wouldn't have qualified for in other districts (ST and Reading) just because of low-class size and the fact that professionals aren't bursing at the seams dealing with a lot of students with extra needs. We're moving soon, but they've allowed us to sign up for summer school even though they might have been inclided to focus resources toward students more in need at a busier district (both children test at or above average). The principal here is wonderful! So is the PTO!

Very impressive school. Principal is dynamic and teachers are very pro-active in student learning, health, reading, science and math. Great early start and pre-school program. They make every child feel welcome and special.They make an effort to know every parent. New facilities and nice playground area. Good parent involvement. We have had kids in many different elem schools due to travel and would recommend this school without hesitation.

95% of the teachers are awesome and so into their job. The principle did a wonderful job last year which was his first year as a principle (however he was a teachers before that). The reading program is effective ten-fold, and they accommadate to the child.
