Prairie View Elementary has been nothing but AMAZING for both of my students who have went through this 3rd through 5th grade school. We are lucky that our kids still get P.E. and music everyday because many schools have had to go to 2 days a week or every other day of these activities. These "extras" as well as art, library and counseling help in creating a well-rounded student or finding that hidden talent :) The teachers work hard and are always fair......Prairie View has been a wonderful experience for my children and is a good school!!

The Prairieview Elementary School in Ogallala is especially subjective to children. The teachers are mostly rude and call the children names. They single children out who's parents have low incomes. They definitely choose favorites and punish the children who are imperfect, and even reward the bullying by their favorites to the children less fortunate. All in all this is one of the worst schools I have ever seen. And I know many other parents who feel the same.

If you are gifted, highly directed and quite frankly a kiss up this is the school for you. If you wish your experience to be nurturing and to be taught things that will help you in your life pick another school. This school is only interested in boosting the confidence of the perfect and criticizing the faults of others. The teachers of this school actually pick favorites and advertise it. So save yourself the misery and take your kids to a nurturing environment that will allow them to grow in their abilities and not dwell on their faults. Mother of 5
