The students at the Cornish School are enthusiastic, conscientious learners. The parents and students are involved in a myriad of activities; exploratory, a hands-on science program, French, an 8th grade trip to Washington DC and a core of academic courses. The community and school share a supportive structure to all its students.

I have two children in the school and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Our principal of recent was exceptional with implementing much needed changes and raising the standards for academics and behavior. More needs to done with training parents so the school doesn't need to focus so much on discipline. Parents profess involvement but I don't see it. Teachers are good but we need more 'energy' and less of wanting what 'used to be'.

Cornish Elementary is a wonderful school. The staff is fantastic. If it were'nt for a career move, my child will still be attending there.
