This school is pathetic to say the least. One of the biggest problems has to be the bias teachers that work there. The teachers will be in the middle of a teaching lesson and one thing leads to another, and they are all of a sudden talking about a student they dislike to their STUDENTS. The teachers in some classes don't give lessons. They merely assign reading out of the textbook everyday. Why pay them? They're practically acting as babysitters to a bunch of 16 year olds. This school needs a real fix with the faculty hired. I would never send my kids to this school.

My granddaughter came to live with me because she REFUSED to attend the nineth grade in the Webster, TX area. She arrived April of 20010 and finished the Spring, attended summer school and is now a month into the 2010-2011 school year. She has received amazing attention & care to help her succeed and I have been kept totally involved. My own children and myself attended outstanding private schools and I never expected such care from a public school system. All I have to say can be summed up with WOW!

The school is just plain excellent. It is a public school, contrary to belief of name, but it might as well be a private school because of it's excellence and overall quality of the education. It basically has something for everyone. Sports? It has a huge range of sports just waiting for your star son/daughter to join. Foreign language? They offer the French, Spanish, and Latin. And they are offered to do two in high school. (It is a middle/high school.) Overall academics? The school offers plenty of A.P. classes, National Honor Society. I've seen a good amount of kids that go to that school be accepted to Ivy Leagues such as Harvard, Yale, and Cornell. The principal is wise in his decisions, every single aspect of the school is well funded, the teachers enjoy their subject immensely and put their whole heart into it. This school is amazing!
