The atmosphere is warm and caring and the academics are challenging. The new principal is wonderful.
My son had Asperger Syndrome and did poorly until we came to this school in 2000. He completely changed for the better and started to grow and understand. Unfortunately bullying is in every school but this one never tolerated one ounce of bad behavior. I would definately bring both of my sons back to this school. Principal, teachers, Spec. Ed, and most of all the guidance dept have done a marvelous job opening the door to my son. He is now a junior (home schooled) and has never forgotten what they did for him and how they treated him. Some teachers can't cope with special needs there. Staff willing to help, just ask! Wonderful!
