Veteran's Memorial Middle School

Icant agree more with the fact that the teachers are just pushing these kids through, what happenend to the teachers who really liked doing what they loved,What a joke... its BADDDD,, I wouldnt RECOMMEND it either!!! The staff is nasty, when you have an issue you get an attitude. There constantly shifting teachers around, whats going on over there 2 more years of this mess, I think Im pulling my kid out.. The rules dont apply to everyone, they make them up as they go along,The Specail Ed dept is NOOO better, no empathy, snippy, condesending.....

I am so disapointed with the Vets Middle school. I have 4 children in the Brick Schools. I had always loved the Brick schools until my twins went to the middle school. I count down the months till they are out of there. Most of the teachers are a joke, they stick together to gang up on any student who's parents spoke up for their child. If you are considering moving to Brick, be careful!

I am a parent with a child at Vet's Middle School. I have been terribly dissatisfied with this school. It seems that all the teachers are doing is simply passing time and shuffling the kids through the system. It doesn't seem as if my child ever has any WORK to do. It's a joke. The school also has several disciplanry issues that it seems they just don't know how to deal with. I can not wait until my family is done with this school. If I would hve known about the public schools in this town befoe I moved here I would have found somewhere else to live....sorry

Dedicated teachers and staff! That's what makes our school special. School budgets get cut, but still this school finds creative ways to teach our children.

We think its over all pretty good school.Could be a little better with the rules with regards to all.

As a graduate of this school system as well as a past employee it saddens me to report my dissatisfaction with this school. I feel the teachers are indifferent and not the least bit empathetic. The administration is inconsistent in their dealings with situations. A child that is in need is very often overlooked unless a parent is extremely proactive. If I had a choice, my child would go to the Middle school at the other end of town.
