I feel that this school is a great place for children to learn not just academics but also about core character values that they will need throughout their lives.

Milanesi is a wonderful country elementary school. The teachers are caring and very professional. The new wing is very nice, very modern. My classroom is in the new wing, next to the reading specialist room. The entire school is run very efficiently. I love it. I have been in the district for five years, and have been at Milanesi for four years. I am the ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher. I love my children and they love coming to my classroom. They learn English in one to two years, and have a lot of fun doing it. The teachers (preschool to fourth grade who have ESL students, are very supportive. This is very important for these students. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

My 6 year old son recently started his 3rd year at Milanesi Elementary School. They have an absolutely wonderful Pre-K (4 year old)program. The pre-k and kindergarten wing of the school was recently built, and has all modern conveniences (including a private bathroom in each classroom of the pre-k & kindergarten wing). My son attended the first year that the pre-k was offered, and he loved it. It was his first school experience and what a great start it was. The teachers are gentle, compassionate, tolerent, and of high calibur teaching skills. We had the same experience in kindergarten--my son is now reading and has just started the 1st grade! The classes are small(#of students) which allows for a better learning experience and relationship with the teachers. Your child is definately not a number in this school.
