As an educator, and a parent, I must say I absolutely love St. Anne's school. I appreciate the constant communication between parents and teachers. I also appreciate the priests from St. Anne's (names are not permitted here) being involved with my son's life on a daily basis. The teacher's are very professional and really care about their students. Thank you St. Anne's for being an alternate school to choose for my children.

As a graduate of St. Annes I can tell you that the school gave me the building blocks from K-8 to be the success that I am today. From a hand-on principal, great athletic program associated with the school, commitment towards faith based education, and dedicated teachers, St. Anne's is more than a viable choice for Fair Lawn, Paterson, and Elmwood Park children.

As a parent, I am gratified that the principal is very visible to the students on a daily basis. The enrichment programs offer something for everyone. The curriculum offers foreign language from Kindergarten up. Anyone who says that parents are ignored just doesn't care enough to get involved in their kids education.

I am a graduate from St. Anne's, and I am beyond disappointed with the quality of education being offered. The cirriculum is very basic, and was not at all prepatory for my future as a student. The language courses only begin in the 7th grade, the math couses have no real direction.( Jumped from pre-algebra, to geometry, to algebra, and to trigonometric ratios.) Administration is very cold, and don't expect even your principal to know your name unless your parent(s) volunteer. There is a lack in cultural diversity which is key to a sucessful school, and well-rounded students. Very little extra-curricular activities offeres, and the few offered will leave a huge hole in your pocket. ( My family spent at least 3,500 dollars for just one year of cheerleading.) All in all, the school was not challenging at all, which I appreciated back then, but now I am regretting.

St Anne has been a great disappointment for my daughter and myself. The administration does not show discipline when it comes to bullying.

Very institutional, lacking many resources and extra-curricular programs. Lacking fair leadership and cultural diversity.

I am a graduate of St. Anne School and an educator.I must say that the background I received at this great school has prepared me well for life's challenges. The training I recieved has helped me both personally and professionally . I recommend St. Anne School highly to anyone who wants the best education possible for their children.

I am a graduating parent of St Annes, and have children in the school presently. The first few years we all loved the school, but as the years go on we find it getting 'lazy' the educators are under paid and it shows in there involvement with the students. One of the teachers I would like to mention who does give the kids extra time after school and in school is Mr. Puntasecca. The academics and extra activities need improvement, such as hands on learning, math, science lab,and experiments. The music and art program are lacking, poor Mrs. Baratta needs an art room, and all the students should have art. And I know the children and parents would love some kind of drama club where the whole school put on plays, not just St. Anne stages. Lastly, whenever I go into the front office its like a staff meeting going on!Doesn't anyone use the teachers room!

Saint Anne School is an environment that facilitates integrity and faith. I enjoyed working in this school because, I could always say Jesus and God and not feel I had said something wrong. The school nurse is very professional and she knew how to treat her students and others. The staff at times were kind and considerate but could make one feel like they were in a separate clan. The principal, human as anyone, was professional and reflected the schools mission with pride. She was open to criticism and change at times. I do think however that the school could be more diverse in their thinking and understanding to ethnic and ethical concerns.

I have been involved with St. Anne's School for over 16 years. Two of my three children have graduated and one remains. My two oldest have gone on to prestigious High Schools, and college where they have had an advantage due to their tenure at St. Anne's. Teachers and Administrative staff are very caring. Extracurricular activities include, Girl/Boy Scouts, Basketball, Cheer, Drama and other parish based activities. Special classes include, Music, Art, Gym, Computers and Language. There are many extra activities that go on throughout the year that make school worth getting up in the morning for the kids. My only complaint... Give the Art Teacher an ART ROOM! :)
