I have struggled for many years to find the right school for my son, and Banyan was the only place that provided everything that I was looking for; an entire faculty who are more than willing to communicate with parents, a curriculum that suited my son, a fabulous PTO that includes family outings, and extra programs not found in other schools. My son is finally attending a school where he is accepted and understood.

My son has benefited from a wonderful typical elementary / middle school environment with the added academic and social support that a regular public school cannot offer. The small classes and dedicated staff have helped my son succeed. The teachers have accommodated the areas were he surpasses grade level as well the areas of deficits in his abilities to learn. The kids are friendly and accepting as well. The vibe is positive as soon as you walk in the front door. The occupational therapy and physical therapy are well done. The speech therapy could be stronger. Overall, a great place.

Banyon School is a wonderful, special place which has made an enormus impact upon my son. It is a nurturing environment which not only stresses the importance of education, but social growth, as well. The entire program is integrated to reinforce methods of learning. Every one of my child's teachers communicates with my son's other teachers. Each child is addressed as an individual; my son gets the attention he needs because of small classes which contain no more than five or six students. My son was lost in the public school system; he has found himself educationally and has grown socially. He has become much more assertive and confident. My wife and I could not have chosen a better 'home' for our son.
