Francis A. Desmares Elementary School

Simply a wonderful school and tremendous learning environment. Can't say enough good things about the 2010-11 1st grade team and really everybody at this school. Out kids learned so much and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere presented.

Desmares is an excellent school with a great staff. My children have attended for the last 6 years and have had a wonderful experience. Both have qualified for the Gifted & Talented programs (General & Math) and have been involved in many of the clubs and activities offered. The administration is superb - involved, dedicated, on top of all issues in the education profession. All teachers have been great. Get involved in the school - you will not regret it.

The school is wonderful. As a PTO parent, I am very involved with the activities that are offered during the year. The PTO goes out of its way to make sure there are plenty of events for the children to look forward to. As far as the day to day rating with regards to teachers and staff, I would rate them average to good. In any school, you are going to have teacher you love and others you would prefer not to have teaching your children. Overall, I am happy with the experience my child is receiving at this school.

I went to Desmares from Kindergarden throught 5th grade. I loved it. I am now in my last year of middle school at J.P. case. Desmares was a great school and my friends and i still remember all the great trips and times we had there. All the teachers are so kind and would help you in any way possible if you needed it. My forth gread teacher was so fun and nice. I had a good teacher every year there and always had a good time. Desmare is a wonderful school.

I am foreign and I am thanks to Desmares school for the great help to my children,all the teachers ,nurse,principal are wonderful people.I love this school
