My son graduates in a couple of days after spending K-5 at this school. I have been nothing but pleased. The staff is excellent and great activities are available in conjuction with the Y and the rec center, which are within a 5-minute drive. I wish I had another kid to send to this school.

I am a parent of kintergardener at school 25, I am impressed with thier curriculum. She is bringing lot of worksheets everyday and a homework sheet with one weekly library book. They have million minutes reading program which gets the kid keep reading everyday with a target.

Teachers are dedicated and excellent. But school board policies are terrible as there isn't enough money to fund activities properly. My daughter has gym in her classroom when the 'multi-purpose room' (sic gym, cafeteria, auditorium) is being used for something else. She has art and music class from a cart in her classroom. Taxes here are high but there is never enough money for anything. There are tons of rules for the kids because i guess they have a lot of litigation. They are doing some renovations to be completed in 2008. But it's too little too late. The staff is great. I can't get over how this school attracts such dedicated professionals. Principal is new and very disciplined. Seems like he expects a lot from the kids and is strict. Ec activities are done through local rec center, ymca and other groups.
