Who needs a private school!? HUH!? This school has GREAT teachers, who care about the students. Teachers are serious but always make time to have a laugh with kids. There are great clubs like the Stock Market club, Yearbook, cooking, and a whole lot more. They're an anti bully school, that cares for all students. I LOVE FAMS!!
I love fams more then any other school i've ever been to!!!!! Im steffi and its my first year here and i totally love it with all my heart. The staff/ and teachers are sweet as can be and I just love it.
Great teachers, they really know how to teach. Lots of labs and hands on technology instead of reading from the textbook. Also the school has lots of after school activities such as Chemistry Club and a Stock MArket Club. You can play sports like track, baseball, soccer, basketball, softball, volleyball. This school is the best school in New Jersey. Although there are some problems with the school. Some of the older teachers do not teach as well as the newer ones and they don't know how to use the technology as well as some of the newer teachers. But on the other hand, some teachers like Mr. Burke and Mr. Schop are excellent teachers even though they are older than the newer teachers. This school is an excellent school and as a student, it is a school you will remember your whole life.
this district no longer has computer teachers in any of their schools, nor a librarian in the middle school. Oakland and Wyckoff, the other two sending districts to the regional high schools DO offer these services!
The teachers, the principal, the staff and programs are fabulous!
I do not feel as a teacher, that this district is committed to educating the students to be contributing members of their community. This school seems to be overly concerned in pleasing the parents and having the newer and better technology than their neighboring districts.
