I wanted to add the the counslors at GHS go above and beyond. I have delt directly with 2 of them and with out them I know my children would not be as successful as they are today. Helping with personal issures, academic, and college prep. I can not say enough we are blessed to have Ms.Boyd and Mr. La. and lets not forget their fantastic secretary

GHS has great teachers who are determined to make sure each student understands the lessons and offer extra help. We have peer mentors of the senior and junior class for the freshman. It is a great school.

I am a junior right now at Glassboro High School, and so far Glassboro High School is the best school for me, class sizes are small like 15-20 students per class, teachers are very nice, school overall is very nice, just little poor, but education wise it is the best.

GHS is a great school. The test scores reflect more demographics than opportunity. My children all did very well. Glassboro has a string program (music) which few others have. All activities are great. The teachers are very nice and they know 'your child'. I had 4 children attend the school system and they all would not have gone anywhere else - they loved it.

Right now they are trying to correct the new jersey curriculm but want to start fresh with the class of 2008.The children who already attend the school aren't cared about with the curriculm changes. The class of 2006 for example is once again being left in the dust when it come to changes that could seriously help to improve their well being. My question to the glassboro school district and glassboro high school in particular is why start now.Why not change your ideals today instead of waiting for a new class to come in?If you really want your child to have a top notch education don't let them go here, especially if they do not play sports or if they are african american because they will get left behind. At glassboro high school guidance counselors are determined to keep kids of the african american race down, so do not go to ghs.
