This school has changed has changed my daughter's life! She is finally thriving and excelling in school with a new found confidence. The support and programs available at Bergen Center are incredible. I am so glad we found BCCD!
Great school and the kids go into the community a lot for either internships or community activities. Great vocational program and the job coaches are wonderful. Staff is caring and walking into the school you feel such warmth. This is a great school!
Bergen Center is a wonderful school. My child has never been happier. It is a wonderful environment and everyone cares about the children. It is not punitive and the staff has a strong back ground in behavior management. I like that the children are going out into the community.
My child started attending this school recently and loves it! The school has a wonderful and caring atmosphere. The teachers work hard to prepare my child for the real world. This is a really wonderful school. I'm so glad I am sending my child here!
I would recommend this school to any parent of a student with special needs. The atmosphere is caring and the staff work hard to help each student develop the skills they will need in the future.
I love Bergen Center. Its a wonderful school with an excellent reputation. I'm so glad my child goes here and loves it!
I like this school because they have some vey nice staff members and students.
Excellent school. My child has gone here for a few years now and I have nothing but great things to say! The teachers and staff are excellent and always involved and my child loves going to school everyday!
Students are not prepared for the real world. While many teachers are very caring and supportive, there is no job coaching or any type of community vocational program, which is very important for this population of students. Hopefully this will change in the future, but at this point students are missing an important component of their education.
