Haworth is a great school. I've just moved here after being in a larger district, and the difference is incredible. Though the test scores were similar, Haworth is far more accepting and open, and bullying and misbehavior is far less than the previous district. Parents also have a much greater impact. The school facility itself is beautiful, with three playground sets, a small but well-furnished library, and lots of security. Teachers have generally been there for many years. There are two main 'issues' (if they are issues). First, is the low level of diversity -- over 80% of the school is caucasian. Second is that the school is full of 'spoiled rich kids' (according to one parent). Third is that the level of parent involvement is almost oppressive: you feel obligated to be involved.
