Very diverse student body - in terms of ethnicity, race, country of origin and socioeconomic class, works together to create opportunities for all; handles special needs, remedial and advanced/honors programs; strong support from community, but facing a budget crisis!

Bartle is an amazing school, they accept anyone within the grade range. They have extra activities and many oprotunities for students. Bartle has a band, choir, and orchestra. There are also advanced classes. Bartle rocks and were the best 40 months of my life.

Over the last 4 years Bartle School has lost its family atmosphere. It is preoccupied with behavior and does little to enrich or inspire its students. It leans very heavily on the PTO to provide programs the district should be paying for. We already pay exhorbitant taxes. The teachers are so preoccupied with power struggles with the children they have become the object of scorn and derision.
