I, and many other families I know, think George White Middle school has many problems. The 5th graders in this middle school are treated like the 8th graders are treated. There is so much expected of these 10 year olds, they are pushed so hard. There is hardly any communication from the principal/school to the parents. Compared to the elementary schools the kids come from, which is so open and warm, the middle school is the opposite, not warm or welcoming at all. To find out any info it's like pulling teeth. The transition from elementary to middle school should be more gradual. The principal should get parents involved more with all that is going on, and post more on the website.

George White Middle School is a small, tight community where teachers and parents work together to produce a good quality of education for the children. They have after school enrichments, an active Lego Robotics group, Discovery group run by the teachers.

This is a wonderful school with caring parents and staff. Small town with famillies who have values in the right place. I have put 3 children thru this school system and have been very pleased with my children's education.

my child attend's george white school great school great teacher's and the best ever principal the school ever had is dr.Noreen H SHE IS SO HELPFUL AND PLEASENTand understanding i also think she should be are superintendent. are school has the best activities, and the great addition to are school is the video room, the best thing they ever did are school is the top and best schoo in the district, although the cleaning of all of are school's lack a great deal since the they privatized the cleaning crew, we think it was 100% better when the district had ther own custodian's why would they rid of good quality, to get bad quality. other parent should look at the bad quality the board hired tell the board when they meet every month .otherwise everything is ok

The academics of the this school are fantastic. There are wonderful teachers that are fully certified. There is a great technology lab, videography lab, and computer lab. The food is also very good. There is a great principal and vice principal. There are three floors and an elevator. There is also a great music/vocal teacher and a super instrumental teacher who has been teaching there for 50 1/2 years. There are also extracurricular activities including sports, the school newspaper, and student council. Additionally, the students can start and run a club after school. In the Videography room the 8th grade runs a Morning Show. There are anouncements, sports, weather, and a special feature. The 6,7, and 8 grades go to cycles, which is when a class goes to one subject, such as art, every day for a month, then they switch. George White is an excellent school.
