This school claims to accept 2.5 year olds, however please beware Ms. Ada may kick you out mid-day as she pleases if your child had one too many "accidents". My child was a bit over 2.5 when he joined and he attended for 3 months. He got along very well with his classmates and was an avid learner. The parent-teacher meeting was all good. Whenever he had an "accident" I would get a call from Ms. Ada to come and change him. He had to stay with a soiled diaper until I got there. One of those days, after getting the call and as I was around the corner from the school, Ms Ada calls me again, shouting at me that I am not "working with her" and that I should take my son out of the school right now. Subsequently Ms Ada threatened me with a lawsuit if I wrote a bad review for her school online. As this was mid-month, I asked Ms Ada via one of the teachers for the remaining tuition I already paid. I was told that Ms Ada's Attorney will contact me. It was quite traumatic for me, but most saddening to my son, who didn't get a chance to say goodbye to his friends. Shameful behavior from a school's Principal. I would never want this to happen to any other child.

Very stong on academics. Music teacher is excellent. It was expensive but well worth the investment. My son was very happy and challenged.

I think this is the best that Jersey City has to offer, however, the yearly increases are making it unaffordable for middle class families. Good quality teaching staff and facility.

It is a small school, outdoor space is limited, but teachers are very caring and professional. My child loves going to school everyday, and very enjoy learning. Overall we are happy to have my child attend this school

We absolutely love this school. Our daughter has attended this school since she was 3-year old. At the tender age of 5 she reads, writes and does math like a 2nd. grader. Ms. Ada is a very passionate and devoted teacher. She makes learning so much fun. The school is not fancy but it is very warm and nurturing. We highly recommend this school to any parents who want a strong academic foundation for their children. This is the only Montessori in JC that will not disappoint. Our daughter will miss Ms. Ada and her school terribly. But we will visit often with some yummy cupcakes.
