When we first went there, my husband I were thrilled to find a nice preschool for our daughter. This was her first time at school, and she was constantly getting sick. Every time she got better, she would go back to school and get sick again. After 2.5 months, 4 bacterial infections and several colds later, we decided to take her out. What surprised us was how the director acted when we told her our daughter would be going to another school. We called her and explained that we really like the school except our child keeps getting sick and we decided to switch schools. During our phone conversation she called us liars (because we said we love the school) and we were rude to her by telling people that her school made our daughter sick (we never did nor implied as such to her) and pulling our daughter out of the school. I explained that we are within our rights. Then she hung up the phone! We picked up our daughters' sleeping bag and she refused to give us a partial receipt for the month we paid. She continued that we were being rude and disrespectful to her. Needless to say that I am glad my daughter is no longer in her care as we realized that the director has a few loose screws.
