Two of my children attend Oxycocus school and I could not be happier about this. While we live in Ocean Acres, making Ocean Acres school our home district, Oxycocus is a smaller and friendlier school. Overstimulation is never a good thing for rambunctious boys, so the smaller and more cozy atmosphere is just what is needed for my children. The staff is caring and helpful, the boys are flourishing academically and have truly found a nurturing atmosphere in which to grow. I highly recommend to my Ocean Acres neighbors to enroll their sons at Oxycocus, which my next door neighbor did do, to her immense satisfaction. Overall, Stafford schools are excellent, but Oxycocus stands out.

From what I have experienced, Oxycocus is a school with high expectations and has a goal to achieve not only for the children on an individual basis but as a whole. They are striving to create a well balanced education. I do think there is a need for more exercise but I don't think this only applies to Oxycocus, I think it applies everywhere around the country.
